Physical Fitness is your ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise, and sufficient rest. & Ideas
Fitness is not just about being fit and having a skinny body, but fitness is a lifelong love of movement that will help you maintain good health and physique you want.Use this as your goal to also help and encourage a lot of people to make their own routine and techniques to have a fit and healthy body,but make sure that your not just fit but also healthy because it will reflect to yourself as person.


According to Preventous Collaborative Health, Physical Fitness improves your overall health, makes you feel good, improves your quality of life, enhances your appearance and improves your skin tone. And we can also maintain our cardiovascular health,like strengthens your heart and lowers your heart rate,reduces your risk of heart disease,and lessen your risk of stroke.Meaning to say that physical fitness has many beneficial outcomes for us.
People exercise for lots of reasons . But, all that exercise could also causes issues that often go unconsidered. Sometimes, fear of these complications could even stop someone from ever starting to work out in the first place.
And last out of the may disadvantages Exercise bulimia is a subset of the psychological disorder called bulimia in which a person is compelled to exercise in an effort aimed at burning the calories of food energy and fat reserves to an excessive level that negatively affects their health

This is one of the example of proper exercise on how we can reduce our fats in our body.We can eat proper foods like vegetables which is high in fiber,calcium,and protein,meat which is high in calories that we can use to be more energetic the whole day and also high in fiber that we can use to be strong and fit.And with the help of proper use of exercise we can achieve the perfect body
